[pct-l] Cottonwood Creek Bridge "Faucet is now working"

Manblade respectfully requests he now be known as "Mr Fix It" and is signing
the PCT registers as such. Had a great time with everyone saturday at the
cottonwood creek bridge! Might be doing the same thing at Walker Pass
