[pct-l] Fw: Knee surgery

  I had a different kind of knee surgery- a complete rebuild of my left 
leg, basically. I'm with these guys-- stick with your therapy, expect 
some pain the first couple of weeks, followed by getting better slowly 
but surely. And yes, you do need your "good" leg to help your "bad" leg 
get back into shape again. I'm betting you will be hiking again in no 
time!!!! I do! I also use hiking poles now too, to take some of the 
stress off my knees- it helps alot. :)
