[pct-l] Entry to Canada permit

Sean,
I sent mine out late and got it back about 12 days later (last week) so I
wouldn't worry about timing.
The exact address I sent mine to:

Canada Border Services Agency
Pacific Crest Processing Centre
#28 - 176th Street
Surrey, B.C. V3S 9R9
Canada


I think forgetting the word "Canada" on the last line was what got some
people into trouble.
