[pct-l] Bus to Stehekin

The bus hasn't gone to this area since the road was closed in 2003 due to the washout.  The bus still runs, but not to the area that it ran pre-2003.  There is a nice trail around the washout and I can see why the forest service didn't want to ruin the area by making it a road (although I'm not sure I agree).   The bus still serves the Ranch, bakery and the town.
