[pct-l] Wheel on the PCT

I say that it would not be a big  deal if disabled veterans were allowed to 
use a one wheeled self powered device  on the PCT.  This would be appropriate 
to start on Veteran's Day next  year if this new rule was passed.  Go to

We should remember our vets and  help them to enjoy the PCT along with the 
rest of the community.
 
Of course, I would be eligible for  using this device.  I would carry a cot, 
Thermo-A-Rest Dreamland pad, and a  3-person tent.  Plus, lots of other 
goodies.  I don't plan on sharing  anything either.
