So basically for $20 a hiker can sleep in comfort above your new garage,
get a ride to and from the trail, do laundry, take a shower, use the
internet, get trail updates, get  fed and best of all perhaps use of a hot
tub.  Sounds like a real bargain for sure.  

 Perhaps your services would be best advertised as a (low cost) full
service hikers hostel?
