[pct-l] bear canisters

I bought a Bear Vault 400 a couple of months ago and
used it a few times on weekend hikes.  The little
plastic catch on the lid failed.  It didn't break off,
it just stopped latching.  I have returned the
canister for replacement by REI.

Has anyone else had this happen?
