Regarding no-cook meals - I think it's pretty common knowledge that Scott
Williamson hikes without a stove.  What I was more surprised to learn,
however, is that he eats the same thing for dinner every night: rehydrated
(using time, not heat) bean flakes with crushed corn chips mixed in, and
olive oil for fat.  You can also add some Mary Jane's Farm organic
dehydrated salsa if you have some handy.
