[pct-l] Vacuum Sealers

I bought one of the $40 sealers from Target and it works just fine. It is a 
little finicky on making sure there are no wrinkles in the bag. Otherwise it 
locks down, sucks out the air and seals just fine. Granted if you pay more 
they will probably have hands free action, quicker vacuums, and so on. But 
for the past 2 years the cheap model has worked.
