Is there provision for absentee balloting?  My Pension Fund  that is invested 
with Fidelity  sends out a notice for proxy  designation.  Is this somthing 
that might encourage participation among the  members?
 
I have not renewed my membership as I have some difference of opinion and  
there are so many organizations that I enjoy being a part of that are  available.
