[at-l] Short Hike

It was so nice yesterday after I got home from my temp job I decided 
to take a short hike.  I walked up Perkins Road, which turns into a 
gated old farm road.  It passes through part of a town woods as it 
ascends Cosgwell Mountain.  Near the top the road connects with 
another farm road that passes over Nelson Creek and dam then I 
switched to an old woods trail through a neighbors property that 
serves as a snowmobile trail during the winter.  Eventually the trail 
comes out on Crystal Lake Road about 1.3 miles north of my house on 
Crystal Lake.  Just before the trail reaches the road I came upon a 
dead moose.  It look to be about two years old.  I suspect that it 
starved to death.  It smelled something awful.
