### I appreciate the "good to get out" sentiment -- I
started a night hike two weeks back that started at
3:00am, and by 5:00pm, felt like I'd been out for a
while -- and was SO.... "de-stressed" by it all. Yow.
And fun to walk through the dawn.

### 700 miles those hikers had, already? Yow! I'm
thinking they must be a pretty well-prepared crop this
year -- doesn't sound like much lallygagging for
(maybe) 100 mile weeks as an average already.
