Wow, that seems out of range with my experience. 
Movies were about $1.00 in 1966 now they are $8. 
Houses averaged $15,000 in 1966 now $250,00. 
Teacher's starting salary was $6,000 in 66 now 
it's around $35,000.  I bought a brand new Chevy 
in 66 for $2,000.  The same quality car would be 
closer to $18,000.  Teacher's salaries seem 
consistent with government stats but my other 
examples seem to be off.  Maybe that is how we 
have managed to hold public employee salaries 
down?

Sure is going to be a beautiful day in the 
mountains.   The sun is shining and temps around 
35 degrees in NH.  I'm sure I'll be able to spot 
Mt Washington and Franconia Ridge from the top of 
Gunstock.  (Had to throw in something close to 
trail related.)
