[at-l] suggestions for a two week hike?

My favorite part of the 
trail is between Duncannon and Penmar.  I think that you will have a very enjoyable 
hike.  Don't drink the water, it is full of nasties.

I drank the water through there about three years ago, and I didn't get sick.  In a couple of places, I added a drop or two of bleach to the water, but I did fine.  I didn't happen to drink the water just north of Boiling Springs, though, because we were day-hiking in the pouring rain through that section.  There is LOTS of cow-type farming through there, though, so the water could be really nasty.  a'bear
