Well, first you take the poles and bend them around so that they form a perfect circle, not just a reasonable approximation thereof.  Then you take the distance acrost the circle in cubits and divide (or was it multiply) that by pie (rhubarb is especially good for that this time of year).  Yummmm, pie.  Then, ...  What were we talking about again?

Actually, it's Stoat's tent. But, I use it more than he does. The shock 
chord that runs through the poles has lost it's shock...and, elasticity. 
If the poles are 160" long, how long do I need the replacement shock 
chords to be? And, is there a standard diameter for shock chords?
