[at-l] Blind Hiker

The KTA Newsletter noted that a blind hiker from MN is planning to hike the AT this year, starting March 1 - sans dog.  His website is www.blindhiker.com   He's using a talking GPS to get him along the trail - but I don't know how that will help with the rocks, rivers, etc.  I hope he has an easier time than Bill Irwin.
