One of my favorite places in the world was a little meadow a ways off  
the trail (just a trail, not THE trail) near my uncle's place in  
Pennsylvania.  As a kid I'd grab a candy bar, a good book, and a  
kitten, and go sit in the sunshine of that little meadow.
