And here I had been thinking that Amy's surname (or is it ma'am name) was related to that abomination known as the fore-in-hand which seems to me an artifically lazy concept and epitomizes the recent propensity in this country of taking the easy way out.  I personally am from the Windsor school myself having been properly taught so by my Dad.
