The AT is very dry in MD.  I was out a few weeks ago and some water  
sources were dry, others were mere silty puddles.  Rain this weekend  
might have helped a little.  First 20 miles N from Harper's Ferry has  
some public water available in parks so that's okay.  After that I'd  
carry quite a bit.

Very pretty section though.  :)
