[at-l] Gathering

The really good news from the Gathering is that everything went very
smoothly for the first time at a new location.
We met with the representative from the college on Sunday afternoon, and she
was quite happy. Personally I was thrilled with the college!
They are penciling us into the calendar for '09, although the contract can't
be written until one year ahead of time. That shouldn't be a problem since
they don't normally schedule anything at the college over their fall break.
We get by because other than one AV person for the ballroom in the evening
we are self-managing... (see, you CAN herd hikers!)
