spam has too much salt (NaCl for the science SCIENCE folk) for us high blood
pressure folks (how many nonsmokers have high blood pressure and no chance
for a heart attack before year 85 or beyond? -- jest wonder'n -- I know too
many folk who died of lung cancer who never smoked even once . . . and then
there's all the males I know who have or are dying of BREAST[!] cancer . . .
forget statistics . . . what is YOUR situation?) . . . BTW I like
spam'n'eggs and have carried both on week-end hikes . . .
