Felix,

Big South Fork is awesome.  Very beautiful, pristine
and not much-used.  The trails I've been on are in
good shape.  I don't have my map with me, so I can't
name any specific trails, but I will recommend the
hikes in the vicinity of Charit Creek Lodge
(www.charitcreek.com) -- there are several natural
rock arches and natural bridges.  Very cool place.

Charit Creek is a neat place, too.  One of the few
backcountry retreats where electrical lights do not
ruin the night, but you still get hot showers (in the
warmer months; I think they are solar).
