[at-l] Flying with Esbit tabs?

It's flammable, so it's not allowed in checked baggage (let alone carry-on).
Plus, I'm pretty sure that the stuff in Esbit is a precursor to RDX, a
military explosive, and I wouldn't want to have to explain explosives
residue on my hands or duffel bag.
