 Just goes to show that everyone up in them mountain towns are crackers and hillbillies. Turn the clock back 60 years, and that cracker in a police uniform would've been running a moonshine ring.

Hmmmmm..... Lots of cops at trail days....
Was he trying to increase his supply with confiscated drugs,
or sell a bunch?   Hmmm...  
 
Maybe his customers have been doing all the car stealing 
around Damascus to support their habits. I'm just saying....
