[at-l] Say "Cheese"

  I am set for my backpack trip in July... I usually like to bring cheese for my lunches but in JULY the cheese turns very oily.  I have tried placing the cheese deep in my pack... so I am wondering if any of you know of type/kind of cheese that you have had succes with?
