I especially like #'s 16, 20 and 21. I have a 95 year old grandmother who told me, "Little girl, the things I most regret in my life are the things I didn't do. Go after what you want and ask forgiveness later." She has always been a feisty old broad and in the last few years, as her health has failed her, her spirit and wit have continued to amaze me. Remember, life may be a noun but live is a verb.

16. Life is too short for long pity parties. Get busy living, or get busy dying.
20. When it comes to going after what you love i n life, don't take no for an answer.
21. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy . Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
