Ditto. It may have been returned simply because the buyer changed
his/her mind. In that case it would only get checked over and
repackaged. If it was returned because something didn't work properly
it would be repaired, checked over and repackaged. Reliability VS
"NEW"? I'm not sure but the warrantee is generally shorter (i.e 60-90
days VS 1 year for new).
