I know they are great and all, but I couldn't get myself to carry 
squeeze butter or powdered milk. I tried it once & found the 
powdered milk made a mess and the butter was SO HEAVY 
(I'm a wimp). So I did without.... and lost tons of weight. maybe 
I shouldn't have been such a  wimp. but ya know? I yam....
