[at-l] gear list for AT thru hike

Budget for extra pairs of shoes/boots unless you're a hardcore Limmer 
one-pair-gets-me-there kinda guy. I went through 4 pairs of trail 
runners and liked that approach very much, except for the material 
consumption involved.

Definitely plan for more than 2 pairs of socks.
