Hey,
I STILL read Mother Earth News...
("solar heating plan for any home" and "extend your garden season," this
month)
and raise bees.

Honey can be good for allergies, and has some interesting properties based
on the flowers  (herbs, shrubs and trees, like red maples, sourwood and
poplar) the bees have foraged, is Manuka honey.\
