[at-l] I believe this plane crashed right on the AT

I believe this plane crashed literally on the AT near Linden and Front
Royal, VA, just north of the shennies; can anyone else verify that?  Here is

In an ironic twist, the pilot, an accomplished stunt man, spent a number of
years here in New Bern, NC, where our family lives.  Somehow, Segei came out
of this wreck with "only" some localized, severe burns and wrist/arm
fractures - truly a miracle that he lived - much less being able to scramble
out and walk.  Kinda puts into perspective once again how life is precious,
and how blessed we are to have the ability to get out and walk on the
amazing National Park thread that connects us all, called the AT!
