None of the ultralite sil-nylon models -- yet.

Years ago, a MountainSmith "FrostFire."  Even heavier than the Camp Trails, 
IIRC.
I managed to return it to REI.  More recently (on last year's section) some 
basic
model from REI, about 4 lbs. (like the Camp Trails.)  Back pains for most 
of that
hike, and nasty welts and such...

3 lbs 5 oz.  Like I said, the Gossamer was something like
2 lbs 13 oz... I've "knowingly" added 8 oz. here to gain a little room.
What do you suggest that's quick and light and comparably roomy?

Indeed, I'll have a look.  I noticed MSR's "Sweetwater" is 8 oz. lighter.
