Thank you, toe.  It was a beautiful start to
a wonderful hike, but bittersweet too.

That cloud hanging over the summit arrived
as I summitted earlier that day... and stayed
there until, days later, Katahdin finally slipped
out of view.

If you browse that collection you'll see the
views of K. from Rainbow Lake and
Nahmakanta Lake.  Same cloud.
