whether a automotive product will work as a stove
fuel. Simply read the poison response portion of the
label.

Alcohol, ..." then it's good for stoves.

distillates..." then put it back on the shelf, or you
will blow up your alcohol stove.
*** It does not matter what the product is called --
whether gas line antifreeze, injector cleaner,
gasoline treatment, or whatever -- or whether they're
in blue, black, clear (with food coloring, how cheap),
red, or yellow -- you should always read the poison
control label before you buy. They are either a
methanol or petroleum based product, never both, and
the label will tell the tale.
