It was Sloetoe (I think) who mentioned the HCl.  I buy Osteo-BiFlex brand 
(triple strength, 1,500 mg per caplet, 2  caplets per day) and I stock up 
on them at Walgreens when they're on sale--buy 1, get 1 free.  They're made 
by Rexall--and they're the ones Nimblewill Nomad endorses.  :-)  

And y'all be careful out there.  No mowing wet grass, please.
