[at-l] Rank of fuels for alcohol stoves

I think I need help in making choices about fuel when on the AT this Fall.

As a first time user of alcohol stove I'd like to have a strategy for using
whatever fuels that are available, with the understanding of the impact that
using said fuel will have on the future operation of the stove, inhalation of
noxious gases, etc. So with that in mind is it possible to arrange a list of
potential fuels on a scale from desireable/beneficial to hazardous/noxious? I
know there was a recent thread on alcohol fuels but this key feature of
rank-ordering was not a part of the discussion.

Here are some candidate fuels, not meant to be an exhaustive (pun intended)
list:

Denatured Alcohol (probably at the top of the list, right?)
Isopropyl Alcohol (is this the same as Rubbing Alcohol?)
Heet (Yellow bottle)
Heet (Red bottle)
Single malt scotch
151 Rum
Gas line antifreeze (variety of makers?)

Please add other candidate fuels as needed. I hope the combined expertise of the
list will result in a consensus opinion for the rank order of candidate fuels.
Thanks a bunch! --RockDancer
