[at-l] Clothes for the AT

I wish to thank all those who responded to my request.  I have now got 
some great information to assist me in my planning.

Some of you said that I can expect to possibly have some days in the 
70's during March along the trail.  I was told I should plan to hike in 
shorts and a short sleeve shirt.  I hope I have that covered.  I plan to 
use the hiking clothes with zip of legs on the pants and zip off sleeves 
on the shirt.  I felt that would be lighter than carrying both long and 
short.

Later in the year I plan to carry shorts that I can swim in.
