Cold toes?
Two things:
Wear a hat. Even though your toes are cold, you don't want to lose body
heat through the rest of your body. Your head, with a large network of
blood vessels near the surface, is a huge heat sink.
Wear warm socks that aren't too tight. Neither should your shoes be too
tight. Anything you can do to improve circulation will help keep your toes
warm. Sitting in the office all day? Wiggle your toes (you need enough
room in your shoes to do this). Do isometrics with your feet and toes to
get circulation going.
