Wow!  For $621 Why not just stitch a few large button holes in your
existing bag.  Sleep with your down jacket on.  

You can also get extensions that zip into your mummy.  I believe LLBean
makes one.   

I don't like the confinement of a mummy either.  However, that's all
I've ever owned. Besides my fleece zip-up blanket.  They do make 0*
"normal" bags.  Or, carry a bivy as an extra barrier.
