Here's a useful tip for managing trolls: Set up your email client to
automatically delete all incoming messages from the offender's address.

This is just one of the reasons why I like using Google's Gmail service.
It's easy to add a filter like this. Now I no long have to read any messages
from a certain person who has nothing better to do than prove he can be
obnoxious.
